What is Conduent Payment Integrity Solutions?

We are Conduent Payment Integrity Solutions. We work on behalf of your health insurance plan to gather information for Coordination of Benefits purposes. We determine who pays first and who pays second when a person is covered by more than one health plan. This is to ensure that medical bills are paid properly, and does not affect your health insurance coverage in any way.



Why did Conduent contact you?

Your health insurance plan has contracted Conduent to review paid claims to verify the correct primary payer and determine whether or not there were any overpayments.



Why does Conduent need information from you?

Your health insurance plan contracted with Conduent to assist them in verifying Coordination of Benefits information for their members. The information is necessary in order to ensure that your claims are being processed correctly and are in accordance with the National Association of Insurance Commissioners guidelines and/or Medicare Secondary Payer regulations.



I no longer have this insurance, do I still need to respond?

YES. Your health insurance plan has contracted with Conduent to assist them in verifying Coordination of Benefits information for current and previous members. We are reviewing all claims paid over the last two years to verify they were paid under the correct Coordination of Benefits. This is to ensure that your plan had correct information during the time that your policy was effective.



I already gave this information to my health plan, why don't they share it with Conduent?

We are tasked with ensuring the accuracy of your health plan's records. We are verifying that there have been no changes, and that all claims were paid under the correct Coordination of Benefits. Preventing overpayments makes health insurance more affordable for all plan members.



How do I know Conduent is really contracted by my health plan?

Please feel free to dial the Customer Service phone number located on the back of your health insurance card, and verify that Conduent Payment Integrity Solutions is an official Overpayment vendor for your health plan.
